Secably is an AI-powered web security scanning platform that identifies vulnerabilities in websites and web applications. The Service includes automated scanning, AI-driven analysis, reporting, and related features as described on our website.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information.
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Scan websites or applications that you do not own or have explicit written authorization to test.
- Use the Service to launch attacks, exploit vulnerabilities, or cause harm to any system.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without a valid Agency plan.
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy or required by law.
- Prices are listed in US Dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until the end of the current billing period.
- Failed payments may result in suspension of your account until payment is resolved.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by Secably and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Secably does not guarantee that the Service will detect all vulnerabilities or that your website will be fully secure after scanning.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secably shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Service will cease immediately.
- We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature in your settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
